Family Portal
VCA students and parents use the Family Portal to access contact information, student medical information, attendance, grades, homework, the school directory and other useful school information. Need help login in? Click here for step-by-step instructions.
VCA Family app
Download the VCA Family App to easily access your student’s grades, order lunch, visit the spiritwear site, and more! We also use the app notifications to share important announcements with our community The app is a free download for both iPhone and Android.

Dress Code
You’ll find students wearing uniforms throughout the week, with Spirit Wear permitted on Fridays. Click here to read our Dress Code Guide for more details on specific regulations. Uniforms tops can be purchased locally from Fischers Uniforms. Approved Spirit Wear can also be found inside our Sideline Store.
Lunch Program
We are proud to provide a daily hot lunch program for Elementary, Middle, and High Schoolers. Limited hot lunch options are also available for our Early Education students. Click here to learn more about the program and access instruction on how to order.
Preview Magazine
Each July, we mail all VCA families a printed copy of the Preview Magazine. This magazine includes all of the information you need to know ahead of the start of the school year. A digital copy is also available online and in the VCA Family App.
