Tuition and Financial Aid

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent.

It’s not just about finding the best academic fit; it’s also about finding a place where your child will make lifelong friends. The teachers and staff are a factor to consider as they mentor your child. The school culture and activities offered matter and have a significant impact on your child’s overall development. We want to help make that decision process easy for your family, as we offer tuition options that best suit your needs.

Tuition Assistance

We work with families to make quality Christian education affordable through our individualized assistance program. We offer options to reduce the cost of tuition or different payment plans to help manage the investment easily. In addition to these options, you can apply for a scholarship through the Missouri’s Educational Assistance program. If you have any questions, please contact our Admissions office.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance applications are available for Grades 1-12 and open in January for the following school year. Based upon a review of your application, the maximum tuition assistance received for high school is 40%, middle school is 30% and elementary is 20%. To be considered, please apply at FACTS Grant & Aid.

Payment Options

Annual, semi-annual, monthly, semi-monthly, and weekly plans are available for all families.

Twelve (12) month plans start June 1 and all other plans start July 1. A 3% discount is offered for annual plans. A 1.5% discount is given for semi-annual plans.

MO Scholars

We partner with Missouri EAOs, Children’s Tuition Fund and Herzog Tomorrow Foundation, to award qualified families with scholarships that can applied to their tuition. To learn more, and see if you qualify for the upcoming school year, we encourage you to visit MO Scholars home.

Tuition includes all academic books, field trips, and retreats.

Additional Fees

New Student Application Fee: A $150 (nonrefundable and nontransferable) fee is due with each new student application.

Clubs and Athletics: Fees will vary based on the sport and club.

Hot Lunch: Families have the option to purchase pre-ordered lunches for their child through our Food Services program. A la carte options are offered for purchase daily for Middle and High School.

Advanced Placement/Dual Credit: In High School, we offer AP/DC courses that require additional class and testing fees.

Extended Care: If your child is participating in extended care there will be an additional $9 fee per child/day/session. Below is information regarding hours offered.

Early Education Campus
Before care starts at 7:00am
After-care is offered until 5:30pm

Elementary
Before care starts at 7:00am with no charge.
After-care is offered until 5:30pm

Middle and High School
Middle and High School students arriving from 7:00-7:45 may sit unsupervised in our Commons. After-care is is only offered to Middle School until 5:30pm.
